Let's all meet on main street at 11 am tomorrow (Sunday), (I'll bring bagels and cream cheese for everyone) outlines in hand, ready to go through practice finals. That way, if we run into questions, we can sneak into O'Hara's last set of office hours (1-5). See you all then!
Thanks,
Katie

RegState
We're meeting at my apartment Sunday night at 7. I live in the Grove Richland (which is next to Whitworth). My apartment number is 904, which is close to the front gate. Bring your RegState outlines to exchange.
As far as food, I was thinking everyone could bring appetizers/finger food so that we can munch while we study (rather than having a full dinner). Hopefully that will be easier that trying to order food.

Contracts
We need to figure out what we are going over during tomorrow's Contracts session
Also, after the Contracts Review session next Wednesday (12/12), we should meet to debrief and to talk through a practice exam. We can then meet as a group with O'Hara Thursday morning (since there is 7 of us, we can get over an hour).

Regulatory State Review - Thursday 11/29
UPDATE: 9:30 AM outside the Moore room.
I really can't estimate how much we can cover in an hour, so we'll just take it from the top and do whatever we can. If you have any other suggestions, post it in the comments.

Next Meetings
Post suggested meeting times in the comments.
With only two weeks left and Legal Writing/Research finished, we should plan to meet longer, more often, or both.

Contracts Review - Thursday 11/1
UPDATE: Prof. O'Hara said she'll be making a skeleton outline for us, so let's save ourselves some work and only prepare the topics from the first two weeks for this meeting.
We'll meet at 2:45 at the chairs outside the Moore room. Here's the plan:
- Before the meeting, everybody should create a skeleton outline of the topics we've covered in contracts. Don't list any details, just list topics and subtopics.
- We'll combine our outlines into something that we can use to keep our discussions organized and productive.
- We'll go over the first two weeks of class. Please review your notes before we meet.

- Inferring Negligence
- Medical Malpractice
These are all topics from the first two weeks of class, so be sure to bring your notes.
