UPDATE: Prof. O'Hara said she'll be making a skeleton outline for us, so let's save ourselves some work and only prepare the topics from the first two weeks for this meeting.
We'll meet at 2:45 at the chairs outside the Moore room. Here's the plan:
- Before the meeting, everybody should create a skeleton outline of the topics we've covered in contracts. Don't list any details, just list topics and subtopics.
- We'll combine our outlines into something that we can use to keep our discussions organized and productive.
- We'll go over the first two weeks of class. Please review your notes before we meet.

On Thursday 10/25 we'll have a review session for the torts midterm. It'll start whenever we get out of the Exam software installation session, which starts at 12PM in FLYNN. We'll meet by the chairs outside the Moore room.
The syllabus says that the practice question will be on negligence claims, so we'll go over all the material from the Negligence section from the syllabus:
- Introduction
- Vicarious Liability
- Standard of Care
- Role of Custom & Statutes
- Inferring Negligence
- Medical Malpractice
These are all topics from the first two weeks of class, so be sure to bring your notes.
