UPDATE: 9:30 AM outside the Moore room.
I really can't estimate how much we can cover in an hour, so we'll just take it from the top and do whatever we can. If you have any other suggestions, post it in the comments.

I was talking to one of my friends in Section A and we discussed the possibility of a cross-sectional study group. They can explain RegState to us and we can explain Contracts to them.
Just out of curiousity, why are we meeting so late? None of us have legal writing anymore, so we're all done after Torts at 9:20. Does anyone want to meet earlier, either right after torts or sometime thereafter?
I would kinda like to meet earlier
I would also like to meet earlier.
PS- last time we discussed Torts I know we had a hard time with rebuttable presumption vs. permissible inference (in the res ipsa cases). I just posted a question to that effect on the Torts discussion board in OAK.
